Dr Daniele Avenoso graduated cum laude at the University of Genoa in 2011. He then joined the haematology specialty training at the same institution and completed his residency in 2017. From November 2017 to April 2019 he worked as haematology consultant at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan.
Work experience in UK
During his residency he spent one year as clinical fellow at the Hammersmith Hospital (London – UK). After he obtained his CCT back in Italy, he came back to Hammersmith Hospital to work as stem cell transplant coordinator. Since May 2019 Dr Avenoso is now a consultant haematologist at King’s College Hospital in London.
